A clean house is visited weekly by the cleaning lady. The open kitchen has all amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, Senseo (coffee pads are not available in Greece) a juicer and a comfortable cookware and comprehensive service. Moreover, there is wifi and a TV with DVD player and sound system available. With all the plates, dishes and cutlery you can invite your family and friends for a delicious Greek evening!
For every new guest will find a bottle of olive oil ready, olive oil from our own orchard which is around your villa.
The villas are equipped with air conditioning, they have one, two or three bedrooms. Cot and high chairs are available. Towels and linens are provided and changed regularly. Like the rest of the house is the living room classic furnishings. The living room has doors to the veranda. The covered veranda is nicely furnished with handmade furniture and colorful flower boxes. Each villa has access to a private sun terrace.
The villas were built just outside the popular village Kamaria, near the villages of Finikounda and Methoni in the Peloponnese province, on the southern part of the estate of the family Kots Iris. Stunning sea views, tranquility and privacy are therefore guaranteed. The villages Finikounda and Methoni, with many terraces where you morning warm rolls and can pick up the newspaper, are respectively 4 and 6 kilometers away. At a distance of 10 to 150 meters, depending on location of the villa is a beautiful pool with a large sun terrace.
